A Shikaka promo code is a gift code that unlocks an extra reward in your explorer account: ritual items, a bonus treasure or a temporary perk, depending on the event running at the time.
It always comes on top of the welcome gift and the treasure of the day, never in their place.
First, check that you've copied the code without any spaces and with the right capital letters. Each code also has an expiry date: once the event is over, it may no longer be valid.
