How do I create my explorer account?

Click Start the adventure, enter your email address and choose a password. Your account is created in under a minute.

Your welcome gift is activated automatically from your first session, with no code to enter.

I forgot my password, how do I recover it?

From the login page, use the Forgot your password link. You can also write to us at [email protected] and we'll help you regain access to your sanctuary.

Does Shikaka cost money?

Shikaka offers a free demo mode that lets you explore the Wachootoo temple freely, as many times as you like.

No installation is needed: the game runs straight in your browser, on desktop as well as on mobile.

How do I use a gift code?

Head to the Shikaka promo code page, enter your code in the field provided and confirm. Your reward lands in your explorer account straight away.

The game won't load, what should I do?

Check your connection, update your browser and clear its cache. Also try disabling any extension that might be blocking the display.
